It's not like this is shocking information.....I think we are all just a little tired of the excessive amount of heat. It's been going on since late June.....doesn't sound like very long, but I'm here to tell ya my friends, when you have temps over 100 day after day, it's A.LONG.TIME!
It's sad when it's too hot to go to the pool....it's just not even fun. The pool is meant to cool you off, but it's not very cooling when the pool feels like warm bath water. Booooo.
The news said this morning that over the entire summer, there is an average of 11 days over 100 degrees. So far, we have already had 14 days over 100. Really??!! Thanks weatherman. I know, don't shoot the messenger.
So, if you are in the vicinity of northeastern Oklahoma, I know you are suffering too. Hang in there, drink lots of water and stay inside and keep cool!!!

I think a muscular man spraying us with a light mist might be nicer than the ice block. You need to rethink this ice block thing. :-)
