6:29

I had a showdown with this bad boy yesterday.....and I won!!! 



I beat my previous "record" of rowing a mile!!!  My last time was 6:41, I was trying to beat 6:31, but YAY me, I killed it by two whole seconds !!!




Nothing major, but a small victory for me!  :)
