New Favorite Things!

So, did everyone have a fantastic Christmas??

I sure did.  I had a great time with the family and friends. 

Thought I would share some things I got for Christmas and a few other new, what I think are neato-frito things.

Like Oprah's Favorite things, just less glamorous, ha!

I broke down and ordered a Erin Condren planner. 

Apparently, these planners are all.the.rage.

Several blogs I follow have raved about them. 

Initially, when I looked at the price, I said, no thank you.  $50 for a planner is a bit steep, I thought.

But Sarah at Life {Sweet} Life posted about a Doodle Deal for Erin Condren products. 

The deal (at the time) was $25 for $50 worth of products. 

And, since I was new to Doodle Deals, I received $5 off and got my planner for $20. 

Not too shabby! 

Here is the White House 2012 planner.

It really is very neat. 

 It comes spiral bound with hard plastic covers, tabs, stickers for dates, list pages, a plastic pouch for loose things, and a several pockets for loose papers.

If I hear of another Doodle Deal for these products I will certainly pass it on! 

For Christmas, I got some tech-y stuff.  "Tech-y", it's a word I just made up...and that's how you spell it. 

I asked my parents for a clock/radio with the charger for your iPhone. 

Here is my iHome radio/charger. 

It.is.so.cool.  For real!

It's the small things in life that make me happy. 

No more cord wrangling for charging the iPhone, I just pop it on my clock when I go to bed,

I love it!

My other tech-y gift is a weather station.

I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with the weather and want to be a meteorologist or anything,

I just want need to know the forecast, temperature and barometric pressure at any given moment.

Maybe it is the Native American in me, but I must be one with the weather, LOL. 

Kidding, my weather station rocks!

The last tech-y gift is a Kindle Fire! 

It's an e-reader/tablet and it's awesome! 

I'm currently on the hunt for a case for it to protect it, but I am LOVING it so far.

There was some Christmas money involved from the parentals too, so Momma bought Sissie a new pair of shoes!!!

Livestrong, Nike Lunar Glide's.....These are my second pair of Lunar Glides. 

I love them to say the least....so light weight and comfortable for running.

Have you ever heard of Thirty-One bags?

I had never heard of them until recently.  A friend of mine had a few of their tote bags, they were all cute and monogrammed. Then a catalog showed up in the kitchen at work in November, so I thought, ding ding ding!!!! PERFECT Christmas gifts!!! 

Several of the girls in my family got a new monogrammed, Thirty-One bag of some sort. 

Angie got a new monogrammed lunch bag.  :)

Yes, it is camo with pink letters.
