Finally some action and planning!

Well, Thursday turned out to be an action packed day for me!  Action packed as of late, anyway.  You know how it is in January, Christmas is over, there are NO more "free" days off work for AWHILE, it's cold outside, blah, blah, blah.  I enrolled in two photography classes at Tulsa Community College.  My sweet Brian got me a new camera for Christmas!  I've been an avid fan of pics for a very long time, and NEVER leave the house without a camera!  I'd like to think I have "somewhat" of an eye for taking photos, but this camera has more bells and whistles than an amusement park in July.  So, it's time to get technical and LEARN how to really, I mean, REALLY take GOOD pictures!  I'm very excited about it!

Planned a weekend road trip, next weekend, with my BFF to Denton, TX for a benefit concert.  Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland, and Jack Ingram are performing a benefit concert on the campus of University of North Texas, home of "The Mean Green"!
This is Jennifer Nettles.  I'm a HUGEEEE fan of her and Sugarland.

ALSOOO, I found out, via Sugarland's website, that they are coming to Tulsa on March 5th.  Needless to say, I'm UBER excited about that too!

ANDDDD, I ordered The Pioneer Woman's cookbook and soon to be released book!  AND found out she's coming to Tulsa for a book signing next month, which I plan to attend!  If you haven't checked out her website, you totally should.   Her name is Ree Drummond, and she is a HOOT!   She offers an amazing perspective on all sorts of things.  I promise you, if you start reading, you will be hooked on The Pioneer Woman!

Those are the ramblings for Thursday, from the White House.....until next time, Peace out!

Angie
