Bath Time.....

This is a very beautiful dog.
His name is Charleston.

He has replaced me as my parents child.....which I have come to terms with (I'm kidding!).  He is the new baby of the family, we all LOVE him dearly.
He is very statuesque, regal, and stunning.  If you were to see him on the street, (not likely, my parents wouldn't let him roam like that), more like, if you see him at the park, he is gorgeous, spectacular and striking.  Most people stop in their tracks when they see him.  There are so many comments like, "She's so pretty!" and "I've never seen a poodle like that in person!".  All the kids that see him say, "Can I pet her?"  Charleston is a BOY.  Everyone always thinks he's a she, I guess because of his beautiful white-ness and lovely stature.

But, there is a downside to all of that beauty.  As my girl Truvy says, in Steel Magnolias, "it takes some effort to look like this......."

This photo re-defines "puppy dog eyes"

"Could we hurry this up please??"

"It's almost my nap time....."

"Thanks Dad, that feels good!"

"Ahhh, the hair dryers, you missed a spot on my back by the way..."

This is the face of a trooper!

As you all know, it takes effort to look beautiful.  It really can be exhausting.  I'm sure this was the scene when Charleston got home from the dog wash.....

I heart you Charleston!
Love, Sissie Girl

Until next time, peace out!
Angie
